Pumpkin Spice Latte
1 1/2 cups milk, of your choice dairy or non-dair 4 tablespoons pumpkin puree 2 teaspoon vanilla extract 1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice, plus more for serving 1 to 3 teaspoons honey, depending on how sweet you like it 1 cup strong hot coffee or 4 shots espresso Whipped cream, for serving optional
Add milk, pumpkin puree, and honey to a saucepan over medium heat. Heat until hot, but do not boil. Remove the saucepan from the heat and whisk in the vanilla, pumpkin pie spice, and the coffee. Divide the mixture between two mugs. Top with whipped cream and a sprinkle of pumpkin pie spice.
Note: Pumpkin Pie Spice Blend: Find pumpkin pie spice at the store or make it at home. Mix the following spices in a spice jar: 1 1/2 tablespoons ground cinnamon + 2 teaspoons ground ginger + 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg + 1/8 teaspoon ground cloves + 1/8 teaspoon allspice.
